As a Sous Chef, you will oversee the quality of food, timeliness of food preparation, maintenance of the kitchen, and colleagues' productivity to ensure that it is up to hotel quality standards. You will ensure that kitchen operations are following brand standards and health and safety regulations.
Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:
- Directing food preparation and collaborating with the Head Chef.
