The ultimate goal is to enhance tenant satisfaction, streamline operations, and contribute to the overall success and profitability of the properties.

Skill Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field or Advance Diploma with equivalent years of experience
  • 3 - 5 years of relevant experience
  • Previous experience in commercial real estate, leasing, tenant relations, and property management operation
  • Strong English and Arabic language skills (written and spoken)

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for hosting on-site tours of properties to allow prospective tenants to physically check the space.
  • Demonstrate full knowledge of all aspects of each property and highlight interesting features or amenities of a property, as well as background about the facility.
  • Professionally and courteously handle all tenant inquiries, feedback, complaints, or concerns. Ensure a high level of resident relations is maintained through regular contact and proactive attention to resident needs, including maintenance issues or other concerns. Maintain necessary contacts to handle emergency situations.
  • Handle move outs of tenants by inspecting the unit, checking for damages, and determining what portion of the security deposit will be returned to the tenant. Ensure the cleanliness of the unit, repair any damages, and find a new tenant.
  • Ensure smooth and timely transition of new tenants and manage the process and paperwork.
  • Ensure tenant files are consistent with URC policies and procedures and maintain proper filing of all hard and soft copy documentation and correspondence.
  • Create and maintain a database of all past, current, and future tenants for archiving and record purposes.
  • Inspect the property's security standards, cleaning, and maintenance issues and report them to providers.
  • Compile and implement a weekly security, maintenance, and cleaning checklist (AC, water, electricity, fire checks, etc.) and prepare a regular report for the Line Manager.
  • Responsible for inspecting the property prior to leasing and noting its condition before the tenants move in.
  • Ensure that all property repair and maintenance programs created by the Line Manager are executed within budget, efficiently sustaining a high level of resident satisfaction and aesthetic standards.
  • Ensure all contractors and repair companies comply with the established health and safety policy, and immediately address any infractions, hazardous conditions, or damaged equipment.
  • Perform other responsibilities and tasks as required or directed by the Line Manager.
