Assistant Head of Projects and Follow-up Department


• At least 8 years of practical experience in project management, including at least 4 years in food industry facilities or government companies.

The applicant must have experience in the following areas:

- Following up on the implementation of the company's construction work and projects, ensuring implementation according to established specifications and timetables, and working to meet the company's needs related to the department's project work, in coordination with the department's departments and other departments.

- Preparing research and study data related to facilities, projects, challenges, and problems facing workflow, preparing business plan data for projects, and conducting periodic inspections, oversight, and follow-up on all the company's projects, in coordination with other departments within the department, and submitting them to the department head.

- Following up on the implementation of current and new projects within the company (under study, under design, under construction), ensuring implementation according to established specifications and timetables, and working to meet the company's needs in coordination with other departments, factory heads, and bakeries.

- Assisting in developing preventive maintenance plans and corrective maintenance related to project work.

- Supervising the implementation of civil and construction works for the Projects and Follow-up Department, which include projects under study, under design, and under construction.

- Follow up on implementation and actual progress and compare it with the planned project program and prepare amended and revised programs.

- Contribute to preparing the department's work plan according to current or future projects, taking into account the priorities of the department and the company.

- Visit work sites and projects in coordination with all departments in addition to consulting offices and contractors.

Preference will be given to holders of one of the following specialized certificates: Professional Project Manager (PMP) - Professional Facilities Manager (CFM)


• Full proficiency in the English language.
