Assistant Head of Factory Laboratory Department


• 7 years of experience in food testing and food safety laboratories, including at least 4 years in the food industry.

The applicant must have experience in the following areas:

  1. Contributing to the development and updating of policies and work procedures related to quality control, inspection, and testing operations in accordance with the company's quality systems and best practices, ensuring their effectiveness and alignment with industry developments.
  2. Implementing best practice procedures for the factory laboratory, ensuring effective quality control, inspection, testing, and analysis in accordance with approved policies and standards.
  3. Ensuring compliance with ISO 17025 standards and managing periodic audits by relevant authorities.
  4. Monitoring and reporting on test results of samples from all company factories, ensuring compliance with specifications.
  5. Collaborating with departments involved in final product development, including reviewing and approving mixtures, inspecting samples, verifying product validity, monitoring packaging materials, and checking product labeling.
  6. Preference will be given to candidates holding certifications such as Certified Food Safety Auditor ISO 22000 or Certified Food Safety Specialist (CFSS).
