Assistant Head of Information Systems Department

• At least 9 years of practical experience in information systems and application development.
• The applicant must have experience in the following areas:
- Proven experience in business analysis and application design for business users.
- A proven track record in developing applications with a focus on UX and back-end databases.
- Strong knowledge of the latest technologies in web and mobile development, including but not limited to: Django, Android, Angular, and other open source tools.
- A deep understanding of Agile development practices and project management.
- Experience in supervising and supporting the development of local talent.
- Good familiarity with low-code development platforms and artificial intelligence applications.
• Preference will be given to holders of one of the following specialized certifications:
- Certified Full-Stack Developer (CODED)
- Certified Application Developer (ServiceNow)
- Cloud Digital Leader Certification (Google)
• Excellent command of the English language.
