Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate asset records and ensure compliance with CMDB policies and procedures.
  • Oversee asset procurement, allocation, and disposal processes in accordance with company regulations.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory control, asset tagging, and asset tracking.
  • Utilize BMC Remedy Application for asset management, incident tracking, and reporting.
  • Ensure the integrity of asset databases and maintain up-to-date asset registers.
  • Collaborate with IT and operations teams to optimize asset utilization and lifecycle management.
  • Generate asset reports and provide analysis for budgeting and forecasting purposes.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures regarding asset governance and security.
  • Train and support relevant stakeholders on asset management best practices and software applications.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems (MIS), or other related disciplines.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in store management or asset management roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent understanding of CMDB Policies and Procedures for asset management.
  • Hands-on experience with BMC Remedy Application for asset tracking and documentation.
