Job Title: Talent Planning & Acquisition Specialist

The main objective of this role is to provide administrative support services to the department/unit, encompassing maintenance, logistics, recordkeeping, mail distribution, and other office support functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage ancillary support services, including local procurement of stationery, equipment, and other business-related items within predetermined authority limits.
  2. Assist with regular administrative tasks for the department.
  3. Review the selection and procurement of furniture and office equipment; coordinate delivery and installation; ensure asset security.
  4. Coordinate mail collection and distribution services.
  5. Provide transportation assistance to department employees and visitors in accordance with company policy.
  6. Support employees with security access control cards and collaborate with other departments for necessary onboarding tasks.
  7. Communicate with unskilled staff, monitor their work, and ensure job satisfaction.
  8. Maintain office premises and equipment in a clean and efficient manner.

Requirements:
