The main objective of this role is to provide administrative support services to the department/unit, encompassing maintenance, logistics, recordkeeping, mail distribution, and other office support functions.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage ancillary support services, including local procurement of stationery, equipment, and other business-related items within predetermined authority limits.
- Assist with regular administrative tasks for the department.
- Review the selection and procurement of furniture and office equipment; coordinate delivery and installation; ensure asset security.
- Coordinate mail collection and distribution services.
- Provide transportation assistance to department employees and visitors in accordance with company policy.
- Support employees with security access control cards and collaborate with other departments for necessary onboarding tasks.
- Communicate with unskilled staff, monitor their work, and ensure job satisfaction.
- Maintain office premises and equipment in a clean and efficient manner.
- Develop and manage internal and external relationships to promote collaboration and productivity.
- Diploma in a relevant field (Bachelor's degree preferred)
