The role of a Product Specialist in Immunology is to promote products and services to healthcare professionals, increasing awareness and demand while ensuring optimal product availability.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Maximize sales of products and increase market share.
- Achieve sales targets in the designated territory while meeting company requirements.
- Maintain accurate coverage of the designated territory and ensure full compliance with CRM reporting.
- Conduct customer segmentation according to company guidelines to approach customers with the right tools and frequency.
- Maintain an up-to-date customer database to understand customer needs and provide timely solutions.
- Stay informed about disease areas, products, and competitors.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest product information and clinical data provided by the company.
- Present and discuss this data with healthcare professionals during face-to-face meetings and/or group presentations.
- Develop knowledge of new developments in the healthcare system and anticipate potential opportunities and risks.
- Support brand strategy and identify new opportunities that drive business.
- Conduct ongoing market analysis including market, competitive, and business intelligence.
This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in Kuwait and a Bachelor's Degree in a scientific or pharmaceutical field. Immunology experience is advantageous. The ability to work in complex cross-functional teams and possess excellent communication and presentation skills are essential.
The ideal candidate will have proven successful working in complex environments and demonstrated analytical and conceptual skills.
