* Job Objective:

To implement sales and marketing strategies for thermal, sound, and waterproofing insulation materials and Hordy block products across construction projects, and to provide technical and consultative support to clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure proper product selection and drive revenue growth.

* Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and target potential clients such as contracting companies, engineering consultants, and real estate developers.

- Promote and technically present Hordy and insulation products.

- Prepare and deliver technical and commercial offers and participate in tenders.

- Conduct site visits to coordinate with engineers and contractors and ensure proper application of products as per specifications.

- Provide technical support and design solutions tailored to project requirements.

- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure continuous follow-up on their needs.

- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitors.

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as defined by management.

- Coordinate with operations to ensure timely product availability and delivery.

* Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction material sales, preferably in insulation or Hordy systems.

- Solid knowledge of insulation specifications and building systems.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.

- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and plans.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD).

- Valid driver's license.
