A leading retail company in Kuwait is undergoing a major transformation as it scales up to a professional corporate structure. With a workforce of over 400 employees and multiple new showrooms opening, the company is seeking a seasoned Head of Marketing to lead its marketing function.

Key Responsibilities:


•Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales growth.


•Oversee all marketing operations including digital campaigns, social media, branding, content creation, advertising, in-store promotions, and event marketing.


•Manage and mentor the marketing team, ensuring effective collaboration, creativity, and timely execution of marketing initiatives.


•Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitive activity to inform marketing plans and identify new opportunities.


•Monitor and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and strong return on investment (ROI).


•Collaborate with merchandising, retail operations, and e-commerce teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and seasonal sales strategies.


•Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all channels and touchpoints.


•Oversee marketing performance reporting and dashboards to track campaign effectiveness and inform strategic decision-making.


•Manage relationships with external agencies, media partners, and creative vendors.


•Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant advertising standards and local regulations in Kuwait.

Requirements:


•Proven leadership experience in marketing within retail.


•Strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing channels.


•Demonstrated experience with brand development, campaign management, and marketing analytics.


•Excellent communication and team management skills.


•Fluency in English (Arabic is a strong advantage).


•Strong knowledge of the Kuwaiti market and consumer behaviour is preferred.
