TABCo. Food is a developing establishment that currently operates 18 Elevation Burger units in

Kuwait, with over 230 team members. TABCo Food is actively expanding and growing Elevation

Burger in Kuwait. TABCo's growth will continue by introducing new food concepts and brands

that comply with its mission to advance the region's food experience with smarter and sustainable

choices.

The Role

The Customer Relations Officer identifies and analyzes the customer needs, builds and nurtures

relationships, offers ideas and insights to help improve their overall experience. The role also

involves increasing engagement with existing customers, acquiring potential customers, and bring

back non-existing customers to increase the brand's visibility.

The Responsibilities


• Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the company.


• Encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty.


• Making sure the customer database is correctly segmented for targeted marketing activities.


• Collaborating with other departments to ensure the CRM strategy works well for every

aspect of the business.


• Development of testing strategies to guarantee the most efficient approach for the

organization and its customers.


• Coming up with creative ideas and execution and reporting the results to the relevant

people.


• Customer Journey mapping analyzing touch points with the organization and maximizing

commercial opportunities.


• Monitor and maximize customer lifetime value strategies ensuring maximum profitability.


• Visit stores during peak hours on a regular basis to engage with customers and collect

feedback.

The Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or any related field.


• Experience in the customer relationship field.


• Awareness of business and human impact on the environment.


• Strong writing and editing skills both English and Arabic, specifically local slang.


• Solid knowledge of web and social media analytics, monitoring and listening tools.
