Executive Manager at Automated Services Network Co.As we are expanding, we are looking for a B2C & B2B Customer Support Officer with 2 years of experience in the field of online customer support. This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Support Officer located in Kuwait City at eNet. As a Customer Support Officer, you will be expected to engage with customers through various channels in a timely and effective way and deliver quality customer experiences that ensure customers' satisfaction.
Role Description:
- Utilize systems and tools to initiate and service customers.
- Handle customer calls, emails, complaints, and inquiries with courtesy and resolve customer issues.
- Ensure proper communication and reporting with all departments (IT, Finance, Operation, Maintenance).
- Answer customer requests or inquiries and report problems if they exist to the concerned department.
- Ensure all payments are processed correctly and accurately.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic languages, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a focus on achieving performance metrics.
- Minimum 2-year experience in customer service or customer-facing roles.
- Experience working with ticketing and customer management systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically and creatively.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Ability to develop a good understanding of the company's products and services.
- Maintain knowledge of all company services.
Job location: Sharq
- Timing: 9 am to 5 pm, 5 days a week.
