Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Relations Officer at Zad in the Kuwait City Metropolitan Area. The Client Relations Officer will be responsible for managing client relationships, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
Qualifications
- Handling in-bound and out-bound calls
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Organizational and time management skills
- Experience in client relationship management
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to work in shift schedule
- Salary range: 300-400 KD per month
