Job Summary: A Sales Executive is responsible for selling cars. Their duties include meeting with customers to discuss their needs, promoting sales offers, and participating in test drives with interested customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Greet the customer in a good manner and provide them with excellent hospitality.
  2. Answer customer's questions about vehicles, prices, availability, uses, and credit terms.
  3. Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate vehicle features and recommend suitable types based on their needs and interests.
  4. Estimate or quote prices, credit terms, warranties, and delivery dates as customer needs align with the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) of the brand.
  5. Consult with clients after sales to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.
  6. Provide customers with product samples and catalogs.
  7. Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales.
  8. Ensure the test drive is conducted for the customer if required.
  9. Ensure customer satisfaction to achieve the Customer Satisfaction Scores.
  10. Participate in project work where applicable.
Skills
  1. Open to Female Lebanese, Jordanian, Egyptian & Palestinian nationals.
  2. Required Diploma or University degree; Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Marketing is preferable.
  3. Minimum 5 years in a similar position or related to business.
  4. Relevant Experience: 0-2 years of experience in the automotive industry.
  5. Required bilingual skills, customer focus, and proficiency in both oral and written communications.
  6. Able to represent the company in a courteous and professional manner.
