BUYVEST is seeking an experienced and proactive Partnerships Lead to join our growing Client Partnerships Department. This role is central to identifying, onboarding, and nurturing relationships with luxury asset curators, collectors, and individual sellers. The ideal candidate is a seasoned business development and sales professional, fluent in both Arabic and English, and passionate about building strong, high-value partnerships in the world of luxury.
You will play a key role in expanding our portfolio of luxury assets by sourcing and onboarding qualified partners, ensuring a seamless and effective experience for them on our platforms, and maintaining consistent follow-up to grow their engagement.

You will play a key role in expanding our portfolio of luxury assets by sourcing and onboarding qualified partners, ensuring a seamless and effective experience for them on our platforms, and maintaining consistent follow-up to grow their engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and collect data of potential partners (curators, sellers, and clients).
- Qualify leads and assess their suitability for the BUYVEST platform.
- Initiate outreach, schedule and attend meetings, and effectively present the benefits of partnering with BUYVEST.
- Lead the onboarding process by collecting necessary documentation, verifying details, and ensuring a complete partner profile.
- Provide training and support to partners on using BUYVEST's platform and tools.
- Maintain ongoing engagement with partners to ensure their inventory is updated and new items are added regularly.
- Monitor performance of partners and propose initiatives to optimize their success on the platform.
- Use CRM tools to manage leads, pipelines, and follow-ups with accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to align campaigns that support partner acquisition and retention goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and proactively initiate partnerships to grow BUYVEST's inventory and network.
- 3+ years of proven experience in business development or B2B/B2C sales, in the e-commerce and preferably the luxury goods sector.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple leads and deadlines efficiently.
- Proficiency in using digital tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
- Self-motivated with a strong ability to initiate and build relationships.
- Results-driven, strategic thinker with a high level of accountability.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments, especially with Marketing and Operations.
- Familiarity with luxury products, particularly handbags and watches, is a strong advantage.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a vehicle.
