About the Role:
SMEC invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) for senior core roles under a confidential PMC / PMO institutional development program in Kuwait, focusing on the construction management of new college and institute campuses.

Engagement is conditional upon project award. Shortlisted candidates will be included in the proposal stage, with formal offers following successful bid award.

Supervise and coordinate campus-wide construction phases to ensure quality and compliance.

Manage contractors and site teams to deliver on time and within scope.
Oversee HSE, logistics, and progress monitoring for multi-campus execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's in a relevant Engineering or Architecture discipline.
  • 15–25 years of professional experience, depending on position.
  • Mandatory: Proven experience in college, institute, campus, or university projects (Design, Construction Management, or Site Supervision) within the last 5 years.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and GCC experience preferred.
