About the Role:
SMEC invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) for senior core roles under a confidential PMC / PMO institutional development program in Kuwait, focusing on the construction management of new college and institute campuses.

Engagement is conditional upon project award. Shortlisted candidates will be included in the proposal stage, with formal offers following successful bid award.

Oversee design coordination and site verification for structural works.
Review technical submittals and construction drawings for accuracy.
Support the resolution of field engineering challenges during execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's in a relevant Engineering or Architecture discipline.
  • 15–25 years of professional experience, depending on position.
  • Mandatory: Proven experience in college, institute, campus, or university projects (Design, Construction Management, or Site Supervision) within the last 5 years.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and GCC experience preferred.
