About the Role:
SMEC invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) for senior core roles under a confidential PMC / PMO institutional development program in Kuwait, focusing on the construction management of new college and institute campuses.

Engagement is conditional upon project award. Shortlisted candidates will be included in the proposal stage, with formal offers following successful bid award.

Lead HVAC, plumbing, and building services design review and installation.
Ensure system performance aligns with sustainability goals.
Coordinate between design, supervision, and commissioning teams.
 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's in a relevant Engineering or Architecture discipline.
  • 15–25 years of professional experience, depending on position.
  • Mandatory: Proven experience in college, institute, campus, or university projects (Design, Construction Management, or Site Supervision) within the last 5 years.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and GCC experience preferred.
