The Roche Kuwait early in career Program is a 12 months rotational development program at Roche. The program is tailored for high potential individuals at an early stage of their career, and No work experience is required. The program accelerates their professional development and enables them to be key contributors to Roche's purpose and what patients need next.

Roche Kuwait offers Field Service Assistant Engineer position for a period of 11 months and 1 month rotation with the below main responsibilities:

Your Responsibilities

• Assist the Field Service Engineers in supporting on-site activities, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and installation of lab analyzers.

• Join senior engineers during preventive maintenance and repairs to gain practical, hands-on experience in maintaining laboratory equipment.

• Support the field service team by communicating with customers, collecting feedback, and ensuring their needs are met during service visits.

• Assist in basic equipment checks, documentation, and ensuring that customer sites are prepared for upcoming service visits.

• Shadow senior engineers to learn best practices for resolving technical issues, replacing spare parts, and calibrating instruments.

• Help with logistical and operational tasks such as preparing tools, spare parts, and equipment for field visits, ensuring that the team is well-equipped for maintenance activities.

• Maintain communication with the field service team to ensure smooth coordination of daily operations and service schedules.

• Assist in preparing service reports, documenting completed work, and updating systems for tracking maintenance activities.

• Participate in continuous learning opportunities to enhance technical knowledge and customer service skills.

Who are you?

• You hold a Bachelor degree in Life Sciences, Economy, Business Administration, or any related area

• You are at an early stage in your career. Fresh graduates will be preferred

• Having a basic understanding of healthcare systems and laboratory equipment is preferred

• You are eager to work with diverse cultures

• You have strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.

• You are motivated to work in a hands-on environment and support field operations.

• You possess excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a proactive and learning-oriented mindset.

• You are proficient in English
