Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Agent located in Kuwait City. The Customer Service Agent will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer support, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Daily tasks will involve handling customer service representatives, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of customer service standards.

Qualifications

English-Language Support: Customer service is available in English for calls, messages, and app interactions.

candidates must be Arabs and have kuwaiti dialect.

Strong skills in Customer Service Representatives and Customer Service

Proficiency in Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction

Experience with Customer Experience initiatives

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a team and handle stressful situations

Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach

Previous experience in a similar role is a plus

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is advantageous
