About the Role We are looking for a finance leader to oversee financial operations for a regulated investment entity, managing cross-border reporting, compliance, and financial planning. You will play a pivotal role in delivering accurate IFRS-based reporting, meeting capital markets regulatory requirements, and supporting the strategic decision-making process through insightful analysis and budgeting. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced investment environment, partnering with senior leadership, auditors, and regulators while ensuring governance standards are met across multiple jurisdictions. Key Responsibilities Lead all finance and accounting operations for the investment entity. Prepare and review financial statements and reports in line with IFRS and applicable regulatory requirements. Ensure timely and accurate submission of filings to capital markets and other regulatory bodies. Oversee the annual budgeting and forecasting cycle, including variance analysis and strategic recommendations. Strengthen internal controls and align processes with best practices in regulated financial environments. Collaborate with investment, legal, compliance, and operations teams to ensure seamless reporting and decision-making support. Liaise with auditors and other external advisors to maintain transparency and accuracy in all financial disclosures. Present financial insights and reports to senior management and the board of directors. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s or MBA is an advantage). Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CFA, CMA) required. Proven experience in investment finance, fund accounting, or a related field within financial services. Solid understanding of IFRS and corporate financial reporting requirements. Experience in a regulated sector; knowledge of GCC regulatory frameworks is an asset. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate financial data into strategic insights. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills. Fluency in English (Arabic desired). Ability to travel within the GCC as needed. Why Join Us?
