Who We’re Looking For Education: Bachelor’s in Finance, Economics, or Business (CFA or postgraduate degree is a plus). Experience: 5–10 years in Wealth Management, Private Banking, or investment advisory roles. Certifications: CMA Kuwait Rules and Regulations required; CISI, CFA, FRM, or equivalent is advantageous. Skills: Strong relationship-building, commercial acumen, and proactive problem-solving. Language & Tech: Fluent in Arabic and English, comfortable with digital tools and MS Office.
