The role of Administrative Support Specialist at Asas involves providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure seamless day-to-day operations. This includes handling various tasks such as government filings, HR duties, basic accounting, and assisting staff members.

Main Responsibilities
  • Direct phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Arrange and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Prepare and disseminate official emails, memos, and other correspondence.
  • Contribute to the creation of periodic reports and financial documents.
  • Sustain well-organized and up-to-date file systems.
  • Develop and enforce office policies and protocols.
  • Source and procure office materials and supplies.
  • Maintain accurate contact lists and databases.
  • Process and reconcile expense reports.
  • Function as the main point of contact for both internal and external clients.
Essential Qualifications
  • Excellent self-drive, organizational, and attention to detail abilities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fundamental math and accounting knowledge.
  • Awareness of office management systems and processes.
  • Practical understanding of office equipment, including printers and fax machines.
