Job Description

This role involves overseeing the entire contract administration process, from preparation of tender packages to monitoring and reporting on progress. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of contract principles, company policies, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare tender packages for assigned projects in accordance with client-approved terms and conditions.
  • Raise requests for contract actions once approved by clients.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of tender packages for assigned projects.
  • Assist clients in conducting pre-tender meetings, site visits, and evaluating tenders.
  • Closely monitor construction activities of awarded contracts, including reviewing contractor correspondence and producing recommended responses.
  • Participate in company strategic planning for specific projects, including risk assessment and bid/no-bid analysis.
  • Evaluate contract claims and other related activities enumerated in the contract.
  • Coordinate with affected groups to ensure proper support in contract administration, proposal preparation, and negotiations.
