Responsibilities
  • Prepare tender packages for assigned projects
  • Raise contract action requests and monitor progress
  • Provide close monitoring of construction activities
  • Participate in strategic planning, risk assessment, and business plan development
  • Evaluate tenders and recommendations for award
  • Negotiate complex contractual issues with clients

The Contracts Manager will also be responsible for ensuring accuracy and timeliness of contract administration and coordinating with affected groups to provide support in contract administration and negotiations.

This role requires excellent communication skills, a comprehensive understanding of contract principles, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
