Job Title: Human Resource Administrative/Generalist

This position is based in Kuwait and supports various projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the in-processing and out-processing of employees.
  • Enter and maintain employee data in a company database system.
  • Provide daily personnel accountability for both expatriates and foreign nationals.
  • Support administrative and personnel action activities, including updating employee personal data.
  • Facilitate department-wide audits and close-out processes for terminated personnel.
  • Maintain leave request/leave control logs and absence records.
  • Track requisitions for vacancies and coordinate positions needed to fill.
  • Produce ad hoc/demographic reports through HR databases.
  • Process stipend payments, bonuses, annual offers, vacation travel allowance, and end-of-service gratuity.
  • Accurately process job interest forms, exceptions to policy, and personnel transaction forms.
Required Skills and Qualifications:Education/Certifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, or equivalent experience can be substituted.
Experience:
  • Three years of human resource administrative/generalist experience are required.
  • Large DoD project/OCONUS HR experience is preferred.
Skills:
  • Working knowledge of Kuwait Labor Law and Middle East customs is essential.
  • Professional communication skills and fluency in English are required.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills are necessary.
Work Environment:

This role works in a general office environment with potential exposure to extreme climatic conditions.

Prioritizes adherence to safety policies and uses Personal Protective Equipment when required.
