We are looking for a talented Corporate Lawyer to take on this challenging role. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on high-profile and complex corporate legal matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise on corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate governance, and restructuring.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate corporate documents, including agreements, contracts, and memorandums.
  • Collaborate with senior partners and clients to maintain strong relationships and deliver exceptional service.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest legal developments and provide insight on relevant regulations, particularly in the Middle East, US, and wider Europe.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Romanian and English (written and spoken) is required.
  • A minimum of 12 years' PQE in corporate law, preferably within a reputable law firm or in-house legal department, specifically within the GCC region.
  • Strong experience in corporate law, including M&A, joint ventures, and commercial contracts.
  • Familiarity with Kuwait and GCC regulations, with experience advising clients in the region.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
