Senior Corporate Lawyer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced corporate lawyer to join our team at a prestigious law firm based in the Middle East.

The ideal candidate will be a driven professional who thrives in a dynamic and international legal environment, with a strong background in corporate law and experience working in the GCC region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise on corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate governance, and restructuring.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate corporate documents such as agreements, contracts, and memorandums.
  • Collaborate with senior partners and clients to maintain strong relationships and deliver exceptional service.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest legal developments and provide insights on applicable regulations in the Middle East, US, and wider Europe.

Key Requirements:

  • Fluency in both Romanian and English is essential.
  • A minimum of 12 years' post-qualification experience in corporate law with a reputable law firm or in-house legal department, specifically within the GCC.
  • Strong experience in corporate law including M&A, joint ventures, and commercial contracts.
  • Familiarity with Kuwait and GCC regulations and experience advising clients in the region.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
