We have been instructed by a prestigious Tiered Legal500 law firm based in Kuwait, seeking to hire a senior and highly skilled Corporate Lawyer to join their growing team. This exciting opportunity is ideal for a driven professional who thrives in a dynamic and international legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise on a range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate governance, and restructuring.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of corporate documents, including agreements, contracts, and memorandums.
  • Work closely with senior partners and clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Stay up to date with the latest legal developments and provide insight on applicable regulations, particularly in the Middle East, US, and wider Europe.

Key Requirements:

  • Fluent in both Romanian and English (written and spoken) is essential.
  • Minimum of 12 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) in corporate law with a reputable law firm or in-house legal department, SPECIFICALLY WITH EXPERIENCE WITHIN the GCC
  • Strong experience in corporate law, including M&A, joint ventures, and commercial contracts.
  • Familiarity with Kuwait and GCC regulations, with experience advising clients in the region.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
