Job Description:

The Kana Group is seeking a highly skilled Social Media Executive (Tik Toker) to join our Marketing team.

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and innovative individual who can develop and produce engaging Tik Tok content that resonates with our target audience. As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for managing, creating, and producing high-impact, viral content that aligns with our brand identity and marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and produce engaging Tik Tok content that showcases our products, services, and customer experiences.
  • Plan and execute Tik Tok campaigns that align with our broader social media and marketing strategies.
  • Monitor performance metrics such as views, shares, likes, and audience growth, and adjust campaigns as needed.
  • Collaborate with influencers and content creators to amplify our presence on Tik Tok.
Trend Analysis and Adaptation:

You will stay up-to-date with Tik Tok trends, algorithms, and best practices to ensure our content remains relevant and engaging. You will conduct regular competitor analysis to identify opportunities for creative and competitive advantage.

Community Engagement:

You will respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner to foster a positive brand image. You will monitor and engage with user-generated content and interactions across Tik Tok and other relevant social media platforms.

Performance Reporting:

You will track and report on Tik Tok analytics and performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. You will prepare regular reports on Tik Tok campaigns' performance for the Marketing Director and senior management.

Cross-Platform Collaboration:

You will coordinate with the broader social media team to ensure cohesive branding across all platforms. You will assist in content creation for other social media platforms as needed, particularly with video content.

Qualifications and Skills:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media content creation, with a specific focus on Tik Tok.
  • Expertise in Tik Tok content creation, video production, and editing tools (e.g., Cap Cut, Adobe Premiere).
  • Strong understanding of Tik Tok trends, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and digital marketing.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools to track performance metrics and optimize content.
