This involves leading the management of Small and Medium Business accounts, creating comprehensive account plans, fostering strong relationships with partners, identifying new business opportunities, and providing regular feedback to inform promotional activities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute account plans to drive sales growth in a targeted market segment.
- Lead the management of Small and Medium Business accounts, ensuring timely payment and maintaining credit lines with partners.
- Foster strong relationships with partners at all organizational levels, including senior executives.
- Create comprehensive account plans to promote business expansion.
- Identify and recruit new business opportunities with potential partners.
- Provide regular feedback to inform and execute promotional activities, aimed at achieving significant sales growth.
- Closely collaborate with Partners' business managers.
- Coordinate with the vendor SMB team and partner sales team to effectively manage and close active deals.
- Achieve or surpass assigned quotas for the Cisco product portfolio.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 2-4 years of experience in Information Technology sales (distribution level), focusing on wired, wireless, and security networking solutions.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple partners simultaneously, while meeting high quota targets.
- Capability to manage credit lines in collaboration with internal teams and partners.
- Ability to recruit new business partners.
- Proven experience in selling complex solutions to partners.
- Solid understanding of the IT industry, competitive vendors, and sales channels.
- Strong pipeline management skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication in English.
