Logistics Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing cross-functional mission, resource, and staff analysis to support project-wide initiatives.

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical, written, and oral communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with others.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform cross-functional mission, resource, and staff analysis to support project-wide initiatives.
  • Analyze reports, surveillance guidelines, maintenance schedules, performance trends, and requirements.
  • Utilize the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP) to develop courses of action (COA) to ensure available resources are leveraged to yield maximum capability.
  • Responsible for reviewing all government correspondences prior to release.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of related civilian or military experience required.
  • 3+ years supervisory experience required.
  • U.S. Army Logistics Corps Warrant, Commissioned Officer, or Senior Noncommissioned Officer preferred.
