Logistics Operations Center (LOC) Analyst I Job Summary

This Logistics Operations Center (LOC) Analyst I role requires strong analytical and communication skills to support logistics operations and analyze data to identify trends. The ideal candidate will have experience in mission/resource analysis, supply chain management, and transportation coordination.

Key responsibilities include tracking and analyzing taskers, operational activities, and department metrics, as well as ensuring program logistics resources can adequately support each mission requirement.

The successful candidate will be a team player with excellent interpersonal and written communication skills. They will also possess intermediate level proficiency in MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.

Additionally, the Logistics Operations Center (LOC) Analyst I must be able to interpret and implement local policies, work effectively in extreme environmental conditions, and lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities:

  • Track and analyze taskers, operational activities, and department metrics.
  • Ensure program logistics resources can adequately support each mission requirement.
  • Coordinate multiple mission requirements, including APS Set Readiness.
  • Sustain operational analysis, planning, maintenance, and readiness reporting.
  • Develop models for corrective actions and gather trends.
  • Liaise between departments to achieve cohesive results.

Requirements:

  • Four or more years of related civilian or military experience.
  • Minimum one year supervisory experience.
  • US Army Logistics MOS preferred.

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Certifications/Licenses/Clearances:

  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Ability to obtain SAAR approval for NIPR access required.
  • T3 Secret or higher in DISS highly preferred; T1 NACI or higher required.

Facility Credentials/Autorization Required: Must be able to obtain and maintain facility credentials/authorization.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of U.S. Army STAMIS highly preferred.

Work Environment, Physical Demands & Mental Demands:

  • Ability to perform job duties efficiently and effectively.
  • Must be able to work in extreme environmental conditions, including dust and high temperatures.
  • Must be able to endure long hours, exposure to weather, and hazardous conditions.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
