Logistics Supply Operation Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Supply Operation professional to join our team. Reporting to the Logistic Operation Strategy team leader, you will play a key role in ensuring a positive takeaway experience for customers.

To achieve this, you will collaborate with product, research & development, and operation teams to validate the effectiveness of new product functions and strategy parameters through Minimum Viable Product (MVP). This will involve developing relevant frontend, configuration systems, and notification functionalities to enhance customer delivery experience.

You will also utilize current strategy tools and demand-supply forecasting results to create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for daily business operations. Your responsibility will be to identify disadvantages of existing SOPs during practical application and improve Delivery-end strategies to positively impact customer delivery experience.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing long-term strategies such as rider recruitment, scheduling, job freezing, rider benefits, and work experience improvements.
  2. Implementing short-term strategies like rider subsidies, delivery fee adjustments, store exposure range, and order ETA modifications.

In terms of qualifications, you will require a Bachelor's degree or higher with at least 3 years of relevant work experience, targeting level L7 or above. Experience in delivery, rider management, logistics management, or related fields is preferred. Additionally, you should possess proficiency in English communication in a work environment and proficient in SQL for data querying.
