Job Title: Project Administrator

We are seeking a dedicated professional to oversee the contracts of our construction projects. The successful candidate will have expertise in managing schedules, delivering projects on time and above expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Scheduling regular meetings and recording decisions.
  2. Preparing and providing documentation to internal teams and project managers.
  3. Tracking projects, offering suggestions to improve efficiencies and maintaining compliance regulations.
  4. Keeping track of budgets and project expenditures.
  5. Assisting with planning and keeping the project calendar up to date.
  6. Conducting risk analyses and ordering resources like equipment and software.
  7. Monitoring all contract-related paperwork and correspondence.
  8. Assessing employee performance and hiring contractors.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in project management, from conception to delivery.
  • Strong leadership skills and hands-on experience with project management tools.
  • Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control.
  • Extensive knowledge of Oracle Software.
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.

Qualification Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Administrator, Project Manager or relevant role within the construction industry.
