We are seeking a dedicated professional to oversee the contracts of our construction projects. The successful candidate will have expertise in managing schedules, delivering projects on time and above expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling regular meetings and recording decisions.
- Preparing and providing documentation to internal teams and project managers.
- Tracking projects, offering suggestions to improve efficiencies and maintaining compliance regulations.
- Keeping track of budgets and project expenditures.
- Assisting with planning and keeping the project calendar up to date.
- Conducting risk analyses and ordering resources like equipment and software.
- Monitoring all contract-related paperwork and correspondence.
- Assessing employee performance and hiring contractors.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in project management, from conception to delivery.
- Strong leadership skills and hands-on experience with project management tools.
- Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control.
- Extensive knowledge of Oracle Software.
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.
Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Administrator, Project Manager or relevant role within the construction industry.
