Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, advising on, and administering all activities concerned with contracts for works and services associated with oil and gas facilities projects.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Contract Preparation: Prepare Invitation to Tender packages for large O&G facilities projects.
  2. Contract Evaluation: Evaluate bids and negotiate contract terms and conditions.
  3. Contract Administration: Administer contracts, including variation orders, claims, and close-out.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science.
  2. Professional Qualification: Chartered status (MRICS) or equivalent post-graduation experience.
Desirable Skills and Experience
  1. Contractual Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of contractual terms and conditions.
  2. Administrative Experience: Experience in procurement and contract administration processes and principles.
  3. Critical Thinking: Strong critical thinking skills to analyze complex contract-related issues.
  4. Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
