Commercial Contracts Professional

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a commercial contracts professional. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the commercial and contractual aspects of our projects, ensuring that all contracts are properly managed and administered.

You will be the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, negotiating complex contractual issues and resolving any disputes that may arise. Your expertise in contract management will help us build strong relationships with our clients and partners, driving business growth and success.

Responsibilities include preparing tender packages, raising contract action requests, monitoring progress, and conducting pre-tender meetings. You will also assist in evaluating tenders, recommending awards, and preparing contract documentation.

In this role, you will participate in company strategic planning, coordinate with affected groups, and review requests for proposals to identify risks and terms not conforming to company policy.
