  • Ensure global campaign strategy adherence, contributing to the sales division communication plan through regular team meetings, weekly status report preparation, and attendance at team events.
  • Proactively take responsibility for self-improvement by staying well-informed of developments, knowledge, and innovations in the relevant field of expertise.
  • Proactively manage and motivate the team to be highly professional and result-oriented, sharing knowledge and expertise with peers and the commercial operation team.
  • Supervise direct reports to ensure they meet their objectives, are kept motivated, and perform according to their job description.

Bachelor's degree in business or a relevant field is required. At least 5 years' experience in commercial support/telecommunication or a similar function is necessary.

Job Requirements

  • Project management skills are also required.
  • Knowledge of the telecom industry would be an advantage.
  • Able to operate in a diverse multicultural, multinational work environment, exhibiting appropriate sensitivities.
  • Good command of both written and verbal English, Arabic would be an advantage.

  • Strong analytical skills are required.
  • Strong technical skills are also necessary.
