International Group Of Aamina Office Manager Job
Our organization is seeking an office manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. Key responsibilities will include greeting visitors, answering phone calls, purchasing supplies and maintaining inventory, supervising staff to maximize productivity, and creating presentations and reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee general office operations.
- Manage front desk and reception duties, including greeting visitors and handling high-volume phone calls.
- Coordinate appointments and meetings, manage staff calendars and schedules, and ensure efficient use of time.
- Supervise and mentor office staff, delegating tasks and ensuring maximum productivity.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including booking flights, hotels, and car rentals.
- Purchase office supplies and equipment and maintain proper stock levels.
- Produce reports, draft correspondence, and create new contracts.
- Develop presentations and other management-level reports.
