We are seeking a professional and customer-focused individual to join our Health Club as a Receptionist. As the welcoming face of our wellness & recreation center, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Greet members and guests warmly and manage check-ins at the Health Club reception.
  2. Handle phone calls, inquiries, bookings, and daily administrative tasks efficiently.
  3. Promote and sell Health Club memberships, services, and special offers effectively.
  4. Provide accurate information about club facilities, spa treatments, and fitness schedules to members.
  5. Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and presentation of the reception area.
  6. Coordinate with trainers, lifeguards, and spa therapists to support smooth operations.
Requirements:
  1. Experience in a Health Club or Spa reception is essential.
  2. Prior experience in selling memberships or wellness packages is an advantage.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
  4. A friendly, well-groomed, and service-oriented attitude is necessary.
  5. Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
