Senior Microbiologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Microbiologist to join our team in Kuwait. As a key member of our laboratory operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our products.

• Ensure compliance with GLP and GMP regulations.
• Responsible for work area cleanliness and all other duties assigned.
• Execution of qualification and validation of laboratory equipment and instruments.
• Sampling of water samples as per SOP.
• Analysis of starting materials, packaging materials, intermediate, bulk, and finished products using aseptic techniques.
• Preparation of specifications, sampling instructions, test methods, and Quality Control Microbiology procedures.
• Environmental monitoring programs within the lab and manufacturing area clean rooms (production and warehouse) as per SOP.
• Culture conservation (growth promotion).
• Method validation, verification, and testing of method transfer samples.
• Investigation reports OOS, OOT, and Incident management.
• Continuous improvement in laboratory testing compliance.

What We Offer

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Microbiology or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
