Senior Microbiologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Microbiologist to join our team in Kuwait. As a Senior Microbiologist, you will be responsible for ensuring that work is compliant with GLP and GMP standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in microbiology and experience in working with laboratory equipment and instruments. You will be responsible for the execution of qualification and validation of laboratory equipment, as well as sampling of water samples and analysis of starting materials, packaging materials, intermediate, bulk, and finished products.

You will also be responsible for preparation of specifications, sampling instructions, test methods, and other Quality Control Microbiology procedures. Additionally, you will be responsible for environmental monitoring programs within the lab and manufacturing area clean rooms.

In this role, you will work closely with plant personnel to ensure that relevant processes and facilities are microbiologically acceptable. You will also be responsible for writing SOPs or guidelines for the use of analytical equipment and to describe Laboratory working practices.

Your keen eye for detail and ability to identify procedural or GMP errors will be essential in this role. You will be required to write procedures and/or reports for Laboratory working practices.

We offer a competitive salary range of **KD 3,200**-**KD 4,000** per month, depending on experience.
