The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing a wide range of events—from brand activations, product launches, corporate gatherings, to large-scale exhibitions and experiences.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Event Planning & Management
  1. Lead end-to-end planning and execution of events, including timelines, budgeting, logistics, and reporting.
  2. Liaise with internal creative, production, and client servicing teams to ensure brand consistency and goal alignment.
  3. Develop event concepts and creative proposals based on client briefs and target audience insights.
  4. Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and pre-event walkthroughs.
  • Client Coordination
  1. Act as the main point of contact for event-related client communication.
  2. Present concepts, plans, and post-event reports to clients and stakeholders.
  3. Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Management
  1. Source, negotiate, and manage external suppliers (venues, AV, logistics, staffing, etc.).
  2. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
  3. Ensure contracts and agreements are in place with all service providers.
  • On-Ground Execution
  1. Supervise on-site event setup and breakdown, ensuring alignment with approved plans.
  2. Lead the on-ground team to ensure smooth execution and address any real-time issues.
  3. Ensure event safety, quality control, and brand presentation are upheld to the highest standards.
  • Post-Event Reporting
  1. Conduct post-event evaluations, including client feedback.
  2. Prepare internal reports and debriefs to optimize future events.
