The Events Executive plays a crucial role in acting as a sales specialist in the area of events, focusing on relationship building and account management, as well as event management.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Event Sales: Develop and implement effective strategies to increase event sales and revenue.
  • Event Planning: Coordinate and execute all aspects of event planning, including logistics, catering, and décor.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as chefs, audio-visual technicians, and other departments, to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Financial Management: Manage event budgets and track expenses to meet financial targets.
  • Quality Delivery: Ensure that all events are delivered to the highest standard, exceeding client expectations and promoting positive word-of-mouth.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Hospitality or Tourism Management (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in hotel operations, preferably in an Events Executive role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English languages is a must.
  • Possess good understanding of selling techniques and events knowledge.
