About the Role

The CRM Junior is a critical member of our team, responsible for supporting the CRM Senior in CRM implementations. This includes collaborating, reviewing, and approving designs and developments, as well as acting as a technical testing resource during project lifecycle phases.

  • Collaborate with vendors to review and approve design and development of vendor modules and CRM applications.
  • Transfer knowledge of new applications and services to the operations team, ensuring smooth transitions and proper information transfer.
  • Perform acceptance testing for new services, software releases, upgrades, and expansions, reporting status according to implementation plan.
Key Responsibilities

As a CRM Junior, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintenance and administration of in-house developed applications to ensure optimal performance.
  • Second-level front-end application support to investigate and resolve trouble tickets and customer complaints efficiently.
  • Evaluation and feedback on commercial concept papers and technical requirements.
  • Overseeing pre-production and production environments to ensure system stability and escalate risks as needed.
  • Ensuring compliance with Information Security Management System (ISMS) policies and reporting any breaches or incidents to supervisors immediately.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and experience with CRM applications.
  • Understanding of CRM support processes specific to the telecom industry.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office toolkit skills, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Competency in SQL and Python is a plus.
