Job Overview

Career Hunters seeks a seasoned HR Manager to drive its human capital strategy, fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Design and execute comprehensive HR plans aligned with the company's vision and goals.
  2. Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent, overseeing the entire hiring process from sourcing to onboarding.
  3. Develop and implement employee training programs, ensuring seamless integration into the organization.
  4. Analyze HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, mitigating potential risks and liabilities.
  6. Maintain performance management processes, including regular appraisals and feedback sessions.
  7. Promote employee engagement and retention strategies to enhance overall job satisfaction.
  8. Resolve conflicts and manage employee relations to maintain a harmonious work environment.
  9. Design and administer compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
  10. Collaborate with department heads to identify workforce needs and develop succession plans.

Required Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in HR management within the automotive industry.
  2. Strong knowledge of labor laws and best practices.
  3. Bachelor's Degree in HR or a related field.
  4. A minimum of 5-10 years of managerial experience in the automotive industry.
  5. Excellent understanding of HR principles and practices.
