Advise clients on HR best practices and help with workforce planning, employee relations, and creating a positive work environment. Assist clients in setting up HR policies and procedures that align with their business goals. Guide clients in handling employee issues, from performance management to conflict resolution. HR Outsourcing (HRO)Manage day-to-day HR tasks for clients, like payroll processing, benefits administration, and following Kuwaiti labor laws. Keep employee records up-to-date for clients and assist with audits when needed. Handle HR admin tasks, answer employee questions, and make sure HR operations run smoothly for clients. What skills/experience do you need Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Prior experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role, ideally in a consulting or outsourcing setting. Familiarity with HRMS, HRIS systems and Kuwaiti labor laws.
