Fiscal Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will be responsible for providing technical support projects or tasks, as per contract requirements, under the United States Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) Global Intelligence Logistics and Engineering (GILE) program. The job duties include:

1. Performing analyses and preparing reports to support program management functions.
2. Providing administrative support and coordination to the Task Order or project task(s).
3. Assisting in project schedules, monthly updates, payroll/personnel processing, maintenance, and reporting.
4. Managing facility administration and purchases of equipment and supplies as related to Task Order requirements.
5. Optimizing operating results in terms of cost, methods, and personnel and implementing quality assurance directives.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields with five years of human resources or project support experience; or an Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields with six years of human resources or project support experience.

A US Citizen with Final Top-Secret Clearance based on a TIER 5 Background Investigation, and favorable eligibility determination for access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), IAW ICD 704, is required.

The candidate should demonstrate knowledge in contract fiscal and business management, including the management of Quick Reaction Capability efforts, and experience in developing, collecting, analyzing, and reporting personnel and financial requirements.
