We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Strategist to support our marketing team in the UK. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate marketing, social media growth, lead generation, and performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and track project progress, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed on time. Provide regular updates to internal teams and external agencies.
  • Analyze campaign performance, ROI, and engagement. Assist in gathering data from campaigns and organize it for reporting purposes.
  • Serve as the main administrative point of contact for UK-based marketing agencies. Ensure they have necessary information, documentation, and resources.
  • Facilitate communication between internal marketing teams and external agencies. Schedule meetings and share updates to ensure everyone is aligned with project timelines and deliverables.
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes, project tracking, and reporting systems to increase efficiency within marketing operations.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote real estate listings and brand awareness.
  • Manage and grow social media channels, creating engaging content to increase audience reach and engagement.
  • Oversee paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Bilingual in Arabic and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong administrative experience, preferably in a marketing or operations support role.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Attention to detail and ability to track and report on key metrics.
  • Ability to manage communication and follow-up between teams.
