Administrative Contract Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer all contractual activities related to oil and gas facilities projects.
- Prepare bid invitation packages, process queries from bidders, and evaluate bids.
- Conduct kick-off meetings, coordinate contract submittals, and prepare variation orders.
- Review and propose comments on client contract conditions.
- Function as a part of a negotiating team to establish contract terms and conditions.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science or Arts.
- Chartered status (MRICS) or equivalent professional qualification post-graduation experience.
Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge of contractual terms and conditions.
- Excellent understanding and experience of procurement and contract administration processes.
- Middle East/Arabian Gulf experience is preferred but not mandatory.
